Lake Mburo National Park

6 Days Lake Mburo Wildlife Safari

Lake Mburo National Park is a unique destination in Uganda, known for its rolling hills and quiet lakes. A week-long stay allows for a deep dive into the flora and fauna at a relaxed pace.

DAY 1 . ARRIVAL AND FIRST GLIMPSE .

  • Morning: Depart from Kampala or Entebbe. Stop at the Equator crossing for refreshments and a brief history of the landmark.

  • Evening: A slow introductory game drive to spot the park’s famous zebras and impalas as the sun sets.

DAY 2.THE INTIMACY OF A WALKING SAFARI .

  • Morning: Set out on a guided bush walk. This is a rare opportunity to stand just meters away from giraffes and elands without the barrier of a vehicle.
  • Afternoon: Head to the water for a boat safari. You will likely see hippos, crocodiles, and various kingfishers along the shoreline.
  • Evening: Relax at your lodge and listen to the sounds of the African night.

DAY 3.PNORAMIC VIEWS AND NIGHT PREDATORS .
